Manage Fields and Field IDs in Airtable

New features from Airtable invite you to manage all your fields from one place! Now we can see a list of all fields, including the dependecies of those fields, descriptions, field IDs, etc. This makes editing your base so much easier than ever before!

In this tutorial I walk through how to manage your fields with this new feature. I toggle on various columns so that we can get the data we need to make appropriate changes. I then detail the importance of the Field IDs. Another related new feature allows us to take these IDs and use them when prefilling forms. Doing so allows you to create prefilled URLs that are less likely to break when a field gets renamed in the future!
