Using forms in SmartSuite

In today's post, we're going to be talking about forms in SmartSuite, a powerful no-code tool that helps you get organized and collaborate with your team. So, let's dive into the topic at hand: forms in SmartSuite. Forms are a great way to ask other people to fill out information for you, whether it's for a purchase order, a customer survey, or anything else. And in SmartSuite, creating a form is easy. First, go to the upper left corner of your dashboard and click on "Create New View." From there, choose the "Form" view type. This will bring up a blank form template that you can customize to fit your needs.
To add fields to your form, click on the "Add Field" button. You'll see a list of field types to choose from, including text, number, date, and more. Simply select the type of field you want and click "Add." You can then give your field a name and set any additional options, like whether it's required or whether it should be auto-generated.
Once you've added all the fields you need, you can customize the layout of your form by dragging and dropping the fields into the desired order. You can also add sections to organize your form into logical groups. When you're happy with the layout of your form, hit "Save" and you're all set!
Now that your form is created, it's time to share it with others. To do this, click on the "Share" button in the top right corner of your form. This will bring up a pop-up window where you can generate a link to your form. Simply copy and paste this link into an email, a chat, or anywhere else you want to share it, and you're good to go.
